Dear customers and suppliers,

Given the current situation and in line with the provisions approved by the Government of Spain in view of the expansion of COVID-19, from NTE we have taken a series of internal operating measures with which we intend to adapt our management and production methods, in order to guarantee as much as possible, the security of our staff and collaborators, both customers and suppliers.

We maintain our usual schedule activity: Monday to Thursday from 8.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 18.30; and on Fridays from 8.00 to 14.00.

Our production and logistics areas proceed to operate through an adapted work system to minimize the possibility of contagion. For this reason, order management and delivery will continue, as long as the transport of goods keeps on its usual service.

We warn that some delivery times may be affected by strict controls or confinements in certain geographical areas.

Visits to our facilities are canceled, except for clients who have to pick up any material, in which case it must be agreed with a previous call and respecting the safety advice of the health authorities.

Although commercial visits are also restricted, our zone delegates will carry out their normal activities, serving clients via telephone and email.

We apologise for any inconveniences this situation may cause, but we understand that it is necessary in an exercise of social responsibility, the safety of our employees always being the first.
